In August 1925 Gorsley held its first show organised by the newly formed Gorsley and District Horticultural Society. We still have a horticultural club in the village - Gorsley and District Garden Club - but we haven’t had a show for some time.

We have changed that - and what better time to do it than one hundred years after the first show! The Gorsley Flower, Produce, Arts and Crafts Show – will be held on Saturday, 30th August 2025 at Gorsley Village Hall - with all profits to Gorsley Village Hall. We hope the show will have a broad appeal with seven separate divisions: Fruit and Vegetables, Flowers, Floral Art, Children's Classes, Baking and Preserves, Photography and Arts and Crafts.

Entry to the show is open to all Gorsley residents, Gorsley based organisations and children attending Gorsley Goffs school - along with their families. The Show Schedule (which includes the entry form) is available in Gorsley Community Shop which is also the drop off point for entry forms and fees.
